Today wasn't a good day. It started off great with oatmeal, but then I had a cookie and a bunch of candy at work (yeah, not too proud of that). My lunch was my normal salad (fyi, SAMs Club has great spinach) which was good, but the damage from the candy was already done. I have to have a great day tomorrow and be sure to stick to my goals. My run this morning was pretty good. I didn't feel great, but didn't feel bad either. I sped up a little from yesterday. I don't feel great tonight. I need to get rest so that I can stay healthy for my 5K this weekend.
