My calorie intake today was perfect. I avoided candy and excess carbs. It helped that my tonsils have been extremely sore and I didn't really care to eat much. Still, I can't complain when I am able to stay within my calorie goal on the day before a weigh in. My run this morning was a little slow. I didn't feel well and just didn't have it in me to push it. I have a feeling tomorrow morning will be pretty slow as well. I have to throw this cold off before my 5K this Saturday.
