Day Three Hundred and Ninety-Seven


I had too many calories today.  It wasn't that I ate terribly, I just went a little bit over my goal.  Also, I had too much bread (tortilla with breakfast, sandwich for lunch, and croutons with dinner).  I really need to focus tomorrow and Wednesday to make sure I lose again this week.  I had a really good  salad with chicken on it for dinner.  I really enjoyed my run this morning.  It was about sixty-eight degrees, so I couldn't have asked for better weather.  I did run a little slower than yesterday's run.  I guess with it being Monday I just didn't have it in me to push any harder today.  My first 5K is in five days.  I'm ready!
