Day Three Hundred and Ninety-Six


My calories were a little different today.  I slept in for the first time in a while.  Our kids have colds, and we got back from Memphis so late last night, we decided to stay home this morning.  Since I slept in, by the time I ran and showered it was lunch time.  I had a smoothie, ate Chex Mix and other snacks, but I was careful to stay within my calorie goal.  It did seem like I had a lot of carbs today though.  I'll need to be very careful for the next few days to be sure I am on track to lose weight.  My run today was really good.  I didn't do it intentionally, but I managed to run at a pace of 9:45 per mile.  I'm still not back to my workout.  I'm taking my time until my chest feels better before I start doing them again.
