Day Four Hundred and Forty-Four


Saturdays are usually the hardest day of the week for me to stay on track.  They are days that I find myself lounging around the house, which means I end up snacking off and on throughout the day.  I think I figured out how to prevent that from happening.  You just stay busy throughout the entire day. In preparation for our Thanksgiving company I pressure-washed the exterior of the house, I cleaned out the garage, and did other tasks around the house.  Basically I'm saying that my calories today were good.  My run this morning went well.  There is still some tenderness, but overall, it felt great.  I am so glad to be back out running again.  I also road the recumbent after I got back inside so that I could get a solid fifty minutes of activity in.
