My calories today were really good. There were a few times that I really wanted to snack or eat things that I know would be poor choices. I can't explain how great it feels to come to the end of the day and know that you have avoided temptations. My workouts today went well. I road the recumbent both this morning and this evening. My ankle is getting better each day. In fact, I wore normal shoes (loosely tied) for the first time in over a week. I can't wait to get back out running again!
