I'll be honest. I'm not sure I tracked everything perfectly today. We ate dinner out tonight, and I did my best to track what I ate. I'm just going to assume I did an alright job and move on to tomorrow. I took the day off from running since I'm trying to be careful not to overdo it. I road the recumbent instead. I am planning to get up early and hit the pavement in the morning. Just a few more days before my next 5K.
