My calorie intake today wasn’t quite what it needed to be. I allowed myself to have a few snacks that I really should have avoided. I only have a few more days until Thanksgiving, and I really want to make sure I’m down at least two pounds at my next weigh in. My ride this morning was a little shorter than I meant for it to be. I was tired and didn’t hustle to get up and on the bike. Still, I am grateful that I was able to get a quick workout in. I’m going to try to run in the morning. We will see how the ankle does (and how I do after a two week break)!
