My calories today were alright as whole. I didn't make great decisions for dinner. With Bekah and the kids all sick, I just did my best to feed them and to eat myself. I had chips and salsa, Chex Mix, and then carrots, grapes, and a few chicken nuggets (to balance things out). It wasn't a great night for eating, but I did the best with what I had. My workout this morning was good. I am still taking it easy on my ankle. The swelling is nearly gone. I am so grateful that I have the recumbent to use during this time that I'm not out running.
