Day Four Hundred and Thirty-Eight


I am really happy to say that my calories today were much better.  They weren't perfect, but they were closer to how I was eating two months ago.  I had a few too many Cheez-its this afternoon, but other than that I can't think of anything bad about my calories today.  I rode the recumbent bike for fifty minutes this morning and my ankle didn't hurt at all!  Hopefully I will be able to start running again next weekend!  I really want to get back to running at least 5K every day.
