My calories today were really great again. I am excited to be back on track with my calorie intake. I am still enjoying my salads each day for lunch, and I had something new tonight. Bekah made some spaghetti squash with spinach and mozzarella. It was surprisingly good. I'm still not back to running yet. I rode the recumbent tonight (because I can't stand not exercising), and I did alright. I'm still not sure if I need to get my ankle/foot looked at. I guess I will see how it's feeling Friday morning. I really want to be running again. Hopefully it won't be much longer.
