Day Four Hundred and Thirty-Nine


My calorie intake today was really good.  I don't know why, but I'm back on a big spinach omelette kick.  I added some chicken nuggets (what the kiddos had for dinner) and some queso and salsa on the top.  I am still being careful on my ankle, and I am hoping to be able start running again this Saturday.  I rode the recumbent again this morning.  I still haven't started my floor workout, and I need to reimplement that soon.
