We had pizza for lunch today, and I definitely ate too much. I didn’t really have dinner, instead I just snacked and had another slice of pizza (yeah yeah, I know). This was definitely not the way I wanted to eat today. Bekah and I have put all of the snack foods up high above the refrigerator, and are committing to eat very carefully for the next two and a half weeks. I took today off from running, and have had my foot/ankle elevated and iced it on and off. I’ll get back to my running later in the week. I have to allow everything to heal before I’m on the pavement again.
