My calories were alright today. I had some snacks that I could have (and should have) avoided. I made pancakes for my crew out on the grill griddle. They were really great. I ended up on my feet a lot this afternoon. I didn't put my foot up as much as I was supposed to, and didn't get ice on it more than once. My ankle is feeling pretty stiff tonight. I didn't ride the bike today, so I am going to need to make sure I ride it tomorrow, and then elevate and ice!
