My calories today were perfect again. I had a healthy breakfast, salad for lunch, and then a ground turkey, cheese, and rice bowl for dinner. I am loving being back in the swing of healthy eating and avoiding the snacks and sugary treats. I am still resting and icing my foot. It's starting to really be an annoyance. I want to be running again so bad. For most of today the swelling was pretty minimal. I am hoping for the same result again tomorrow. As you might be able to see in the picture, the swelling is mainly in the bend of the ankle. Sometimes it spreads further down the top of the foot. I'm way past ready to get back to normal and get back out on the pavement.
