Apparently in my hurry to get to sleep last night, I completely forgot to post this. My calories today were not great, but not awful. I should have avoided the candy completely today since I didn't run. I needed a rest day before my half marathon tomorrow. I went to the Dr. for a wellness check before my run, so I had to fast for the morning for my blood work, so that made my eating a little off schedule. My Dr. said I am doing great! He was very impressed with my resting heart rate. He didn't seem too concerned about my foot, just that if it doesn't feel better by next week we'll make sure it isn't something more serious than a bruise. Well, I have to get some shut eye before my run tomorrow. Wish me luck!
