Day Four Hundred and Twenty-Seven


My calories today were absolutely perfect!  I feel like it has a been a little while since I could say that about my day.  I didn't have any candy or sugar.  I ate two salads and a healthy breakfast.  I need to eat this way for a couple of weeks.  My run this morning went well.  I put in five and a half miles.  I have a little pain in my left foot, but overall I'm feeling good.  I put in a workout on the bike tonight.  I have a run planned for tomorrow morning, and then I will be taking Friday off to rest for my long run on Saturday.  I'm pretty excited to do a half-marathon!
