I ate more than I needed to today. While I kept my calorie intake at a reasonable amount, I really needed to be more careful. I had a couple cookies that I should have avoided, but my fajita chicken salad I had for lunch was healthy and really delicious! Tomorrow is the big test because I’m home all day. I’ll have football on and will be resting my ankle a lot. I have to be sure avoid unnecessary calories. I worked out on the recumbent this morning. Also, I went in for an X-ray this morning. The good news is that there are no fractures or major injuries. However, there is bruising and straining dron me overdoing it. So the bad news is no running for at least another week. The Dr. did say I could ride the recumbent as long as it wasn’t hurting. So back to the old bike that helped me lose the majority of my butter half.
