I took today off from counting my calories today. The reason I say that is because when I tried to enter my calories tonight (first mistake, not entering them before each meal), I couldn't remember what all I'd eaten. I know it started well with eggs and oatmeal. Then I used an excuse to have chips, salsa, and a banana for lunch. Then dinner was Papa Johns pizza (hey, I did have Roma tomatoes on my pizza!). Needless to say, my calories were definitely in the 2500-3000 range today. Thankfully, I ran five miles this morning. I have to get focused again tomorrow. I need to stick close to my calorie goal and make sure I exercise in the morning and evening. It's time to get some sleep so I can get up and run in the morning.
