Well, today was not my best. I woke up exhausted and sick to my stomach (from all the popcorn last night). So I didn't get a workout in today. I am going to do my best tomorrow and pray that I am not up too much this Thursday. I know it's good for me to take a day off occasionally, I just worry that one day off will become two, and then I'll be heading in the wrong direction before I know it. So I'm now watching my favorite Christmas movie while I post my tracker. Here is to having a great two days!
