My eating today wasn't great. It wasn't terrible either. I (once again) ate too many calories from Christmas candy. I really didn't do bad for my meals, it was the extras that got me. Tomorrow will be better. My run this morning was good. I didn't have any hip pain, and even though it was cold (FREEZING!), I got my time back under ten minutes per mile. I need to be sure to ride the bike each night starting again tomorrow evening. I really want to be down this upcoming Thursday.
