Well today wasn’t as bad as yesterday, but it still wasn’t what I’d like it to be. I had too much candy (which was delicious). I think I had more than I realized, so I probably ate more calories than my tracker shows. My run this morning felt good. It was cold out, but thankfully I got over four miles in. I also put in fifty minutes on the bike tonight. I really hope I’m down at my weigh in on Thursday.
