So how does one go about follow up a great weigh in? With a great start to a new week! That's what I wish I could say. Unfortunately, I took today off. I didn't run, and I didn't bike. I ate terrible at lunch (and then added to it after dinner). I had tons of catfish fillets and chicken wings for lunch. I also had fries, cookies, and cake. We had our Christmas party tonight, and I had lamb chops for the first time. They were amazing! I was completely shocked by how delicious they were. I have to get back with it tomorrow.
