My calories today weren’t very good. I had some candy that I definitely didn’t need. I wish I could have said I did great, but I have to own my mistakes. My run this morning went well. It was definitely cold outside. I’m still wearing multiple layers each day just to keep warm during my first few miles. I added in a fifty-minute ride on the recumbent tonight. I have a weigh in just three days away, I have to do everything I can to be down on Thursday.
