Day Four Hundred and Sixty-Three - Weight in #66 - Progress!


Well, I am glad to say that I have finally had another good week.  I'll admit it has been challenging having the one step forward, two steps back for the past few months.  I knew I needed to have a good week and I worked out hard.  I know my calorie intake wasn't perfect for the entire week, but I had more good days than bad.  I don't have far to go with this journey and this week has been a huge motivator for me to finish strong.

When I stepped on the scale this morning, I was very excited with the results.  For the first time in what seemed like forever I was down 2 lbs.  I weighed in at 208.4 lbs., which brings me to a total weight loss of 157.8 lbs.  I know I can't quite hit 200 lbs. by Christmas, but knowing that I should be under 205 lbs. is very encouraging.  I am more motivated than I have been in a while to finish losing my butter half.

My calories today were not great.  I had too many snacks tonight.  Thankfully I was able to run this morning.  It was so cold, it made for a really rough run.  When I went out the door it was twenty-eight degrees out.  I had on two pairs of leggings, shorts, and three long sleeve shirts, gloves, etc. and I was still cold.  In fact, after four and a half miles I still hadn't warmed up.  I think tomorrow is supposed to be freezing too.
