Day Five Hundred and Five - Weigh in #72 - Not a Good Weigh in


So today was a terrible weigh in.  You all know I'm dealing with a back/hip injury, and I haven't run
in a week.  The problem is that rather than being disciplined throughout my week, I have eaten pretty terrible.  I kept telling myself that I'll "run it off" once my back and hip feel better.  Well, I still can't run and those calories are all still here.

Basically, I put on a ton of weight this week.  When I weighed last week, I was at 212.4.  When I weighed today, I was up 6.6 lbs., weighing in at 219 even.  I was shocked.  I knew I had put on some weight from my eating, but I never imagined it would be over six pounds.  I'm wondering if some of it is from inflammation and swelling.  Regardless, that brings my weight loss back down to 167.2 lbs.  I will have to be more careful this week, and pray that I get past this pain quickly.  I need to heal up so I can keep losing my butter half.

My calories today were pretty terrible.  I had too much flat bread and snacks tonight.  I have to stop eating so much at night.  I didn't do any exercise again today.  I am really missing my runs.  I hate taking this much off, because I'm afraid I'll lose the habit.  It's time to find more discipline.
