Day Five Hundred and Four


I had a great day for calories.  I am back on track and eating salads and healthy meals.  Bekah made a delicious chicken thighs and sweet potato dinner.  I am still experiencing a good bit of pin in my back/hip, but the meds my doctor gave me seem to work.  The downside is I'm falling asleep as I type this, so I can only take them at night.  I know my weigh in is going to be terrible in the morning.  I'm honestly expecting to be up around 220 lbs., because I ate terrible, and didn't exercise at all.  I'm ready to be past this injury.
