Well today was not how I imagined I would start this next 500 days off. Since Friday night I have had pain in my very lower back. It's across the board, and not just on one side. I thought another kidney stone (yikes!) at first, but the pain is lower than where that pain was last time. It is pain, and pressure, and even my right hip hurts. So I'm not quite sure what it up, but my digestive system seems to be a little iffy right now too (I know, TMI). To add to all that, I ate popcorn, Doritos, and Chex Mix for my lunch while my brother-in-law and I watched Return of the Jedi with my nephew (finishing off his first time watching through the original three Star Wars). Have you ever had your body crave healthy foods? Mine is. All I want it fruit and maybe a salad and some fish. The pain in my back (on top of it being cold out) kept me from running and using the recumbent today. I hope it feels better tomorrow. I need to get moving!
