Day Four Hundred and Eighty-Eight


Today was much better for overall calorie intake.  It wasn't perfect, but was much better than it has been for over two weeks now.  I need to get the sugar out of my diet again.  I am thinking that it may be a good idea to do a candy/dessert fast for the next few weeks.  With candy it should probably be until close to Valentine's Day.  I realized today how little vegetables I have been eating for the past few weeks.  It's time for that to change.  My body needs veggies each day.  I'm ready to make that change.  I started my body weight workout today.  I'll be doing it at least three days a week.  I wasn't able to do quite as much as I could before I stopped back in the fall.  My run today was hard.  Actually it was darn near impossible.  The weather was freezing cold, and I think I felt that cold over every inch of my body.  The bad part is that I think it is only going to be worse when I run in the morning.  We'll have to see if I'm able to get out there.
