Day Four Hundred and Eighty-Nine


Finally, another day that I can be proud of!  I know it's been a few weeks, but I can now say that I'm back on track.  I avoided candy and desserts and was careful only to eat within my calorie goal.  I still need to work on tracking before my meal.  This will help me avoid overheating.  It was eleven degrees out when I woke up this morning.  The weather said that it felt like one degree with the wind chill.  I opted for a warm bed.  Thankfully, I was able to get out when I got home tonight and put in nearly five miles.  It was a good run, but still freezing cold.
