I ate too many calories today. I snacked too much at lunch on chips and salsa, and venison summer sausage with crackers and cheese. I also had a few pieces of leftover Christmas candy. Still, it wasn't a completely awful day. For the first day since Thursday, I was able to get a workout in. I still have a sore throat, so I didn't run outside, but I did ride the recumbent for an hour. For some reason, ten miles per hour on an exercise bike doesn't couldn't as more than a leisure workout to myfitnesspal. I'll have to ride at a faster pace in the future.
