Day Four Hundred and Ninety-One - Weigh in #70 - Getting Back on Track


I didn't plan on writing this so late tonight, so I am going to get right into my weigh in results.  As you know, last week I was up 12.4 lbs. from all of the food and sweets I ate over Christmas.  I was pretty sure that the weight was mainly bloat.  So when I weighed this morning, I was hoping to see a lot of that weight come back off.  Thankfully, I did.  When I stepped onto the scale, I was 9.2 lbs. down!  That brings my total weight loss to 156.6 lbs., with a current weight of 209.6.  I am really happy to see myself back down close to the weight I was before Christmas.  I will need to do the same thing this week and be back under 206 lbs. and back on my way to my goal of 200 lb.  I know I can finishing this journey to lose my butter half.

My calories today were good, and I have set myself up for a great week to help me lose more weight. Bekah made some delicious sweet potatoes and we had buffalo grilled chicken on slider rolls.  It was a really delicious dinner.  My run this morning went well.  Once again, it was really really cold.  I am really wishing it was Spring already.
