I think we will just skip right past my calorie intake today. I went over my goal by nearly 600 calories, and it was all junk. I will say it was delicious, but it was still junk. The worst part was that I knew the entire time that I was eating junk food, and I just didn't care. I knew that I would be running tonight, and that I would just run the calories off. The problem is that 1) I won't always be able to run enough to eat whatever and however much I want, and 2) I don't want to just exercise off the food I chose to eat that day. I want to lose weight! This just won't cut it. Now on a more positive note. I run six and a half miles tonight. The best part was that I did it at just over nine minutes per mile. It has taken a month, but I'm back at the speeds I was running last fall/Christmas. It felt great!
