Day Five Hundred and Forty-One


Today's calorie intake was not my best.  I had too much candy.  Russell Stover's Chocolate Caramels are not my friend (though they do taste delicious).  These next two to three days are critical for me.  I typically don't do well over the weekend, and I want that to change.  My workout today went well.  It was raining this morning, so I rode the recumbent bike for thirty-five minutes.  I was planning to have a second ride tonight, but thankfully there was a break in the rain for several hours.  I got in a five mile run right as it was starting to get dark.  It was a tough run.  I was tired, and my legs were already wearing out from my ride this morning.  I got through it (and even considered making it a 10K), and I am thankful that I got to run.  We still have a lot of rain in the forecast, so we'll see how much running I can do over the next few days.
