Day Five Hundred and Thirty-Four


Today was much better than recent days.  I didn't have as much in the area of sugar and sweets.  I ate a healthy lunch and dinner without overdoing it.  The best part about today was that the rain paused long enough for me to get a run in.  I put in another 10K.  I'm pretty wiped, but it felt great to get out there and run another 6.2 miles.
