My calorie intake today has been perfect. I have been very careful not to overeat, and even made sure not to touch the Veggie Straws. It has rained all day today, and the temperature is dropping. I didn't even attempt to go out for a run. I am not a fan of running in the cold rain, nor do I enjoy having to let my shoes dry back out. Instead put in two bike workouts. I did forty minutes this morning, and then another thirty-two this evening. I really want to make sure I get solid workouts in and make up for the days I haven't eaten as good as I did today.
