Day Five Hundred and Thirty-Six


As the week comes to an end, I would have to say there are negatives and positives.  I did a good job eating again today.  I had too many little sliders this afternoon at a reception at our church.  Then, tonight I had a bunch of Veggie Straws (which, despite the name, are anything but healthy).  Thankfully, I ran five miles this morning before church, so that will help prevent gain.  The problem is that I won't have lost anything if I keep eating too many calories.  I have to fight harder to eat with discipline, that way my runs are effective.
