Day Five Hundred and Twenty-Five


So I am beginning to see some old habits make their way back into my life.  Binge eating from time to time is one of them.  I have also started craving candy (and giving into those cravings) a lot more than I used to.  I have to get back to eating my disciplined diet and exercising daily.  On a good note, I did get a great bike ride in today on the recumbent bike!
