Day Five Hundred and Twenty-Four


I really have to start exercising daily again.  I said I was going to ride the recumbent tonight, but I completely failed to do that.  I was lazy and I ate a bunch of food I didn't need.  I haven't done what I needed to do to lose weight, so I'm sure I'll be up five or six pounds this Thursday.  I have to work harder to get workouts in each day.  Tomorrow, I won't have a good opportunity to get a workout in, so now I will go two days in a row without working out.  That isn't going to help me lose my butter half.
