Day Five Hundred and Twenty-Two



I started out my day healthy with eggs, and even had a salad for lunch.  But it is Super Bowl Sunday, and I definitely pigged out on football food.  We had buffalo chicken dip and hot dogs (yes, I did eat a hot dog with buffalo chicken dip on it... and it was glorious!).  We had chips and cheese dip.  Basically, we had a great time.  And the Patriots lost, so it made it that much better!  On a positive note, I got a full ride in this morning on the recumbent bike.  So maybe that will make up for the lack of tracking my food tonight.  Regardless, I’m back at it tomorrow.  I really want to get a run in tomorrow night!
