My calorie intake today wasn't awful, but definitely wasn't my best. I had too much sweets (cupcake and ice cream), and then two pieces of pizza for dinner. I'm still working to get my eating back to where I'm more comfortable with it. On a positive note, I ran another five miles today. It is anything but easy, but I'm really doing well with getting back out there running again. I am very much over the cold weather though.
