Day Five Hundred and Twenty-Three


My calorie intake today was not my best.  I ate too many snacks and candy throughout the day.  Thankfully, I was able to get a run in today.  I really want to get back to regular morning run five or six days a week.  I have to be more focused and determined about what I'm putting into my body, and also disciplined to work out more regularly.
