My calorie intake today was good. I did have a few sweets right after dinner. Overall, I still kept my calories in my goal range, and I'm getting better about the amounts of sweets I'm eating. I am excited to start my sweets/candy/dessert fast next week. My run tonight was rough. I am so tired (thanks to a nearly all night (4AM) puzzle activity with Bekah two nights ago. Add that to the fact that when I'm waking up my body feels like it's an hour earlier, and it's a bad combination. I only put in four miles, but I'm hoping to make up for it with at least five tomorrow. We'll see what I can do!
