Day Five Hundred and Fifty-Nine


My calories today were really good.  I was careful not to overeat, and I only had a few Starburst Jellybeans.  For dinner I had a bowl of soup to warm me up after a windy run.  The weather was a beautiful 60 degrees, but with the wind, it felt a little chilly.  I ran a full 10K, but it was a little slower than I would have preferred.  I’d really like to run consistently under 56 minutes for my 10K.  However, I am grateful just to be able to get out there and run!  My weigh in is approaching quickly.  I’m hoping to be back down some this week!
