I'm so glad to be home. It really made for a great day for eating and exercise. I stayed within my calorie goal, and I got a full 10K in today. I will say that running 6.2 miles was not very comfortable after riding in the car all day yesterday. However, I was very motivated when I did so with a pace under ten minutes per mile. I know that I will be up seven or eight pounds this Thursday, but I know I will be able to lose it back with hard work, determination, and self-control.
