Today wasn't a bad day as far as my overall calorie intake. The problem was what I chose to eat. I had too much candy. I didn't have to eat it, but I chose to. I think a fast from sweets/candy/desserts is in my near future. I ran this morning, and at about the 4.5 mile mark my watch decided to pause my run. I noticed about a half mile later that it was paused, and hit resume. So even though my watch said I only ran 6.25 miles, I really ran 6.87. It was a long run, and I was really wiped out from it. Also, Kentucky won in the semi-finals of the SEC Tournament today. Go Big Blue!
