Day Five-Hundred and Fifty-Three


My calories today weren’t awful, but they weren’t my best either.  I did really well until dinner tonight, and then I made the mistake of eating buffalo chicken dip and chips with my dinner.  I know I’m going to be up some tomorrow, but I’m hoping I didn’t make it worse by eating junk tonight.  I did my best to make up for it with my workout this evening.  I didn’t get my run in this morning, so I put in an extra long bike ride on the recumbent tonight.  I rode for nearly an hour and a half before my legs were completely spent.  I finished off with push-ups and sit-ups.  We’ll see how my weigh in goes tomorrow morning!
