It's been a really good day for my calorie intake. I was careful not to eat a ton of unhealthy snacks, and avoided chips and other foods that I had been eating for the past week. I really want to eliminate the sweets and unhealthy snack foods form my diet. I don't like how easily they have crept back into my day-to-day food choices. I know that just one or two little "treats" can easily offset an entire workout. My run tonight went well. I waited until after work to get my run in thinking that the nice sixty degree weather would feel great. It did feel great until the sun set and the winds didn't feel nice anymore. They were chilling! I'm just glad I was able to finish my 10K. I really want to have a 150(+) mile month. I just don't know if that will be possible, so I will set my goal at 120 miles, and then we will go from there.
