Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Five


Today was a great day for calories.  I had a few too many pretzels, but my overall intake was exactly how I need it to be for me to get back on track.  It was also the first day of my break from candy and desserts.  I didn’t have much and an issue with it.  I think there was only once when I was craving anything sweet.  It passed by quickly.  My run today was tough.  I got the full 10K in, but it was anything but easy.  Thankfully the weather was beautiful!  I don’t know if I’ll be down any this week, but I will be well set up to lose next week.
