Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Seven


It was another great day for my calorie intake.  I had delicious food that was healthy and within my calorie goals.  I am three days into my no candy and no desserts challenge, and it is really going well.  I feel better all around.  My run today was pretty tough, but I made the fun 6.2 miles.  I like running 10K.  It allows me to hit a little bit of a "runners high."  I also know that I've gotten a solid workout in.  Tomorrow is my weigh in, and while I know I will be up some, I am excited to get through this two week (or more) period without extra sweets.  I know it will pay off in future weigh ins.
